4. Quotes, Scheduling & Cancellations
Quotes: All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if project details or requirements are updated.
Scheduling: Construction and installation services must be scheduled in advance and may require a deposit to secure your project date.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate details about their project, including site information, structural requirements, and any potential hazards.
Site Access: Clients agree to provide safe and accessible conditions for our team and equipment.
Permits: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals for their construction project.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in accordance with the agreed contract. Deposits may be required prior to beginning work. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. Failure to pay may result in delayed service, cancellation, or legal action.
7. Non-Disclosure and Non-Disparagement
Confidentiality: Clients may be exposed to proprietary information about ForgePoint Industries, including materials, processes, or pricing. Clients agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share this information without written permission.
Non-Disparagement: Clients agree not to make false or harmful statements that could damage the reputation of ForgePoint Industries, its employees, or partners.
8. Liability Waiver
ForgePoint Industries is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, materials, or website.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, site conditions, or other factors outside our control.
